This heat pump works perfectly with central heating even at -10

Hybrid systems generally operate in sub-zero temperatures only in CV mode or only in heat pump mode. Because of the intelligent control in ATAG's Energion M Hybrid Light, the heat pump and boiler continue to work together even when the temperature drops below zero.

The new monoblock heat pump is easy to connect to an existing heating system. The device cleverly works together with any central heating boiler, which, according to the manufacturer, delivers substantial savings at sub-zero temperatures because it continues to run down to minus 20°C even in heat pump mode. Even at such low temperatures, the 4kW heat pump still delivers its full output (A-10/W35), without the boiler having to step in. The special feature is that the heat pump also works in combined mode and not, as usual, only in heat pump or in heating mode.

Smart and compact

The fact that the ATAG Energion M Hybrid Light always continues to work in parallel with the boiler is thanks to its intelligent control box. Because it is so compact - at 66 kilograms it is among the lightest appliances available - it is convenient in homes with limited space. In addition to its compact size, the various connection options offer optimal flexibility in placing the device. It can further be combined with any boiler and any central heating engineer may install the heat pump because no F-gases certification is required. The heat pump works with the refrigerant R32.

The COP of 5 at A7/W35 ensures maximum gas savings of up to 80 percent, an energy label A+++ and an ISDE subsidy of 2925 euros. This includes an additional subsidy of 225 euros thanks to the energy label A+++ and relatively low energy consumption. This monobloc heat pump is available in a 4kW version and available as a package on one pallet with all supplies.

Finally, the heat pump is fully remote controlled and readable with the ATAG ProZone portal and the included ATAG One Zone room thermostat.
