Nefit Bosch is presenting itself at the BouwBeurs 2025 as a leading player in making the built environment more sustainable. The company will focus on key areas of interest for housing associations, installers, consultants and other professionals and will showcase innovative new heat pumps and other solutions.

Innovative products
The latest, unprecedentedly quiet heat pumps will be presented at the fair. "Our heat pumps with R290 can be connected to existing systems without an indoor unit or buffer tank," says Chris Paassen, senior manager of sales at Nefit Bosch. "A special variant is our new rooftop heat pump specifically for pitched roofs. It is maintenance-free and can be monitored remotely."

Energy management and hydrogen
In addition to new products, Nefit Bosch is focusing on important topics, such as energy management and smart grid. As an international player, Nefit Bosch also shares the latest developments in the field of hydrogen. Paassen: "In our European hydrogen expertise center in Deventer, we are conducting years of endurance testing with hydrogen boilers. As soon as the market is ready for it, we will have a safe and reliable solution." Among other things, visitors can obtain information on sustainability aspects of products, such as life cycle analysis (LCA).

TCO and support for professionals
For housing associations, total cost of ownership (TCO) is an important criterion. That is why Nefit Bosch comes up with maintenance-free and low-maintenance solutions that can be remotely managed 24/7 and are cost-effective in the long term. For installers and consultants, what counts in particular is the rock-solid support during all project phases. "We offer specialist knowledge based on years of experience with all current technologies," said Paassen. "But also, for example, support with specifications, BIM models and all relevant certifications such as BRL."
