Renewed electric boilers from Itho Daalderop make it easy for installers

Itho Daalderop introduces updated large electric water heaters, of 30 liters and above, with a whole new design. The new design includes robust controls, an integrated handle for easy handling and several improvements around the closing cap.

Above all, the new design offers additional convenience for the installer. For example, the redesigned boilers are designed to easily replace an old boiler without installation modifications. To that end, all major electrical components and the exact sizes of the new boilers have been kept the same as those of the old boilers.

For added ease of installation, the updated water heaters have an integrated handle, making them easy to hold and move. The handle is located around the entire bottom of the water heater. This allows the water heater to be easily and firmly grasped from any angle.

If the water heater needs support, for example if the load-bearing capacity of the wall is insufficient for mounting the 80L, 120L or 150L type of water heater, the water heater support chair is easy to install. Thanks to the integrated mounting holes, this separately ordered boiler support seat is easy and quick to install.

The redesigned locking cap makes it easier for the installer to perform service on the water heater. Thanks to the new hinge design and the open-and-close instruction, the closing cap is easy and quick to open. In addition, the plastic screws used ensure a more solid closure. The spacer on the back of the boilers has been given a stronger construction, taking into account the space needed for water connections.

At the bottom of the closing cover is the new, removable product card. On this, both the installer and the user can quickly find information about the water heater. For the installer, the QR code on the card leads directly to the service data in the Service app. It also allows him or her to easily perform warranty registration. For consumers, the card features a QR code that provides easy access to current product information and user tips. The boilers are also equipped with neat, robust controls, and thus easy to operate.
