Vincent Beek becomes CEO at iXora

iXora, a leading developer of innovative cooling solutions for data centers, today announced that Vincent Beek has been appointed CEO. Beek, who has served as iXora's COO since its founding in 2020, succeeds Job Witteman, who will remain with the company as CSO. Menno Hilarius joins iXora's board as COO.

The change in leadership at iXora is a natural step in the development of the fast-growing company. Job Witteman, co-founder and outgoing CEO, explains, "After a wonderful time at the helm of iXora, I feel this is the right time to hand over leadership. I recently turned 67 and iXora has become a leading player in this fast-growing market. The results of the first field test were extremely positive. Now that we are on the eve of the introduction of the Global Pilot Series, in which hundreds of iXora installations are being rolled out nationally and internationally, it is a great time to hand over the baton. I look forward to helping shape iXora's future in my new role as CSO (Chief Strategy Officer)."

New board member Menno Hilarius

In addition to the management change, iXora announces the arrival of Menno Hilarius as COO (Chief Operating Officer). Hilarius, who left as COO after five years at ICTRecht and previously held various management positions at hosting company True for over a decade, will take charge of all operations at iXora. Hilarius: "From my experiences at True and ICTRecht, I learned that data centers and their customers have a great need for increasingly powerful systems, partly due to the rapid growth of AI, but at the same time there is a desire to reduce energy consumption. Therefore, I look forward to helping accelerate the transition to immersion cooling at iXora."

CEO Vincent Beek: "I would first like to thank Job for everything he has meant to iXora so far. With his vision, knowledge and expertise, he has led us superbly over the past three years. Under his leadership, we started developing a product that helps data centers become more sustainable and enables them to operate in a socially responsible way.I look forward to continuing our collaboration in our new role division, with Menno Hilarius on board as the new COO to manage iXora's growth."
