Construction Fair 2025 were 5 days of construction experience. The best service providers in construction, the finest innovations and the latest developments that make this sector so beautiful.
In addition, there was a host of activities you could get involved in right away, meet the cutest construction influencers, roll up your sleeves and do charity jobs, or join one of the dozens of knowledge sessions in the theaters.
In 2027, you can expect just as wonderful a fair. We will be there again from Feb. 1 - 5, 2027!
At BouwBeurs, of course, there has to be construction! That is why Bouwmensen and their students are going to work on the floor at the Bouwplein in Hall 9. There they will build two houses from scratch in five days. From bricklaying to tiling, all facets will be covered.
On Monday and Tuesday, you'll also meet construction fliers Thijs from SwipetoBuild, Renofaasie, Unique House and Dutch Brick Layers there.
Biobased building. You can't ignore it in 2025. More and more clients are asking for biobased products such as insulation materials. If you want to know more about what biobased products are available and what they can do for your organization, visit the biobased pavilion at the BouwBeurs.
Throughout the exhibition week, the BouwBeurs NieuwsCafé (in cooperation with Aannemer) is dedicated to current and interesting topics affecting construction. Entrepreneurs, construction colleagues and manufacturers with a story. Host is Frans Reichardt. You will find the NewsCafé in Hall 11.

During BouwBeurs 2025, you can brush up your knowledge during one of dozens of inspiring sessions by key-notes. The programme is still expanding, but you can already get a glance of the topics you might find interesting.
Like previous edition, the famous BouwBeurs Awards will be presented again. Exhibitors at BouwBeurs can enter their innovation in one of three categories. The professional jury will ultimately choose one winner per category. You can vote for the winner of the public award.

After a long day at the BouwBeurs it is absolutely great to talk afterwards in the BouwBeurs Café. Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th February are the student days. You as an aspiring talent can get to know everything that makes working in the construction industry great. Engage with exhibitors, spot the latest innovations and product developments and go home with new knowledge and inspiration.
On the Innovation Route you will pass exhibitors who have submitted their innovation(s) for the BouwBeurs Awards. They will show and tell you all about their (award-winning) innovations.
Royal Jaarbeurs has the ambition to become the most sustainable organizer and facilitator of exhibitions and events in Europe. Again this year there will be a Wood Pavilion during the BouwBeurs and at a completely new location in. Frank Meijer of Assink Hout: 'Once again, the pavilion will be spectacular. We are now in a different hall, hall 8, close to the entrance, nicely free on the exhibition floor. With good spots all around for all participants. So our 'visibility' is improving.'

The Helen Dowling Institute is hosting a splashy building competition in Hall 9.
Build a house in the shortest time possible. Your opponent tries to do the same, but what he doesn't know is that you bought Gold bricks and build much faster. In the process, you also support the institution.
Together with Gered Gereedschap, we want to carpenter 1,000 tool chests that will help skilled workers in Africa get to work. These boxes will be made on site during the fair. But we can't do that without your help! Companies can contribute by supplying materials or supporting financially.
At the Glass Pavilion you will find new developments and innovations in the field of glass. The BouwBeurs Glass Pavilion is set up in cooperation with Vakgroep GLAS of Koninklijk Bouwend Nederland.
Accordingly, on Thursday, February 6, they will present the prestigious GLAS Awards for the 12th time. The award goes to the project that has best applied professional glass in the interior and/or exterior of a building. Aspects such as development, organization, product, project and the innovative character are angles of approach. The jury consists of five people from different disciplines in and around the world of glass and design.

This unique pavilion, made possible by NOM, Horizon Flevoland, ROM InWest, ROM Utrecht Region, TKI Bouw en Techniek and BouwBeurs, is the beating heart of the Acceleration Program Future-proof Construction.
To give a stage to new initiatives and innovations being introduced within the sector, the Start-up Square in Hall 9 has been developed. Here, companies present their innovative solutions that are going to help you further in your work and within the themes that are currently topical.
