HempWood Netherlands
Call it a wood substitute or a new type of wood. After 150 days of growth, we are able to make a floor or a piece of furniture from fiber hemp ( the whole plant ).
As a binder a proprietary glue developed from water-based soy, free of formaldehyde.

Nabasco® Biocomposite 3D facade panels
Nabasco® circular biocomposite façade panels are made from biobased or renewable materials. NPSP uses local, natural fibers such as flax, hemp and increasingly residual materials such as roadside grass, reeds and recycled toilet paper in combination with bio-based resin as much as possible. The products are durable and maintenance-free, so very suitable for demanding outdoor use such as cladding.
We present our brand new EPD/LCA and address questions about the origin of our raw materials and recycling of our products. After all, raw materials in a circular economy are not only reusable and reused but also renewable.
Sam Panels
SAM (Sustainable Advcanced Materials) is a fully sustainable sheet material produced in the Netherlands using only cellulose fibers, water, pressure and heat. SAM is free of toxins such as formaldehyde. This makes it an exceptionally attractive alternative to other board material.
Biobuilder

Isovlas
Saving energy and money with sustainable building insulation made of flax
In times where sustainable and circular building is the norm, there is more and more need for high-quality, natural insulation materials. Isovlas Oisterwijk is the market leader in the development, production and sale of building insulation made from flax. Flax is a natural product that has been used to manufacture insulation materials for over 80 years. In recent years, the use of flax for insulation has also become increasingly popular in the Netherlands. And for good reason.
Flax is sustainable and recyclable and therefore fits perfectly with the current vision around circular and bio-based building. By choosing flax you contribute to a better climate. Because of its natural fiber structure, flax has, compared to non-natural insulation products, by far the highest insulation value in terms of sound and temperature. The natural fibers in flax allow the material to "breathe." This makes flax moisture regulating and creates a healthy indoor climate without mold.
Isovlas Oisterwijk was the first to translate the unique possibilities of flax into high-quality and affordable building insulation. Isovlas building insulation comes in PL and PN. These uncoated insulation boards keep cool in summer and warm in winter. With 30˚C outside, you maintain temperatures of around 23˚C inside. Is it -10˚C outside in the winter? Then it stays around 21˚C inside. Insulating with flax thus ensures a pleasant indoor temperature as well as lower energy bills!
Flax insulation boards can be used to insulate and post-insulate roofs, wood frame building walls and metal stud walls. They are applicable under the first floor and as ceiling insulation. Insulating cavity or stone walls is also no problem with Isovlas building insulation.
In addition to the uncoated insulation material, Isovlas has also designed an aesthetic variant for interior post-insulation. Isovlas Reno TG Elegant is a flexible flax insulation on a luxuriously finished bottom plate. The smooth, impact-resistant and washable insulation board provides an immediately finished insulation. The finished insulation boards can be used, for example, to easily insulate your attic from the inside. The bottom board made of white sanding makes for easy installation because no additional plating or stucco work is required. Isovlas Reno TG Elegant insulation boards have the same high insulation values as the other Isovlas insulation materials.
