You may know Thijs from his videos on TikTok with tips & tricks about working in construction. He started as the Beunbaas of construction, where he inspires young people to also choose a career in construction. Now he is the proud owner of the new platform Swipetobuild!
Through their social media, with 80,000 followers, the team has been showing for three years how great the construction industry is. At the same time, they noticed that finding the right job, apprenticeship or training, even with expensive recruiters, is often complicated.
They believe that the job search can be faster, more fun and easier, and that this can be realized together. This is how Swipetobuild was born: an extension of their popular social media channels, its own platform where supply and demand come together.

Meet Thijs during BouwBeurs 2025!
On February 3 and 4, Thijs will be present at the Construction Square in Hall 9. There he will be building a beautiful project together with students from Bouwmensen and a number of other construction enthusiasts. All other exhibition days you can meet Thijs at the stand of Swipetobuild, 09.D019.
